I forgot my username?

Your username is the email address you used when you first signed up.
If you are an older member who signed up before e-mails were used as ID, you should contact us for the ID.

I forgot my password?

Your password is confidential and is not available to us. To obtain your password please take the following steps:

Go to our homepage and attempt to login. Enter your user ID and then click the link below the password box that says "Click here if you can't remember your password"

Your password will be emailed to you automatically.

If you still have a problem, contact us and we will assign a new temporary password. You can then change the password to whatever you like. See "My information has changed for details."

My information has changed?

You can maintain any information about your account in the "Maintain my Account" section which is seen as soon as you login.
This includes e-mail addresses which automatically changes your user ID to your new e-mail address.

Are all items in-stock?

We stock about 95% of all the items shown on our site with the remainder having a 2-3 day wait.
Of course, some items will be unavailable from our supplier as well, but we strive to maintain a discourse with them to avoid this problem.

Return Policy

No matter if you ordered a invicta watch or any other product we carry, we have a 100% Moneyback 30 day Guarantee on all our products. If for any reason you decide that you don't want the invicta watch ect, or the product is defective other then damage from the carrier. Please e-mail for an authorization code before mailing back. Please note, there is a 20% re-stocking fee on all undamaged goods. We try to insure that all products and packing is in excellent condition by triple checking all our products before leaving the warehouse to insure that there is no damage to the but mistakes do happen.

Are All Watches Boxed and Warranted?

Yes, all watches are in gift boxes and have a warranty. Most items are in the original gift box from
the manufacturer, however sometimes we will purchase a special deal without
boxes. In this case we use our own gift box.

Warranty Information:
All watches have a one year warranty with allwatchrepairs.com in addition to any factory warranty that is usually included with the item.
